Rambo Blueberries offers many services to our commercial customers, such as custom harvesting, custom cleaning, custom processing and hands off blueberry farm leasing. Here at Rambo blueberries we strive to keep our equipment updated with the most modern blueberry equipment available. This ensures that your blueberries will be clean by the most economical and best methods used today.

Fresh and Wet Line Cleaning

Rambo offers both dry and wet line cleaning. Dry line cleaning is normally used for fresh out-the-door retail and wholesale sales of blueberries. Wet line cleaning is used for larger volumes of wholesale sales of blueberries. Both methods are used for our many different types of customers.

One of our newest additions to our cleaning facilities is our BBC technology color sorter and the upgrading of sorting belts. The use of a color sorter improves the cleaning efficiency of both wet and dry cleaning lines. Color sorter's offer high speed hands off removal of unwanted material. Under or over ripe blueberries are removed at high speeds by color sensors by the use of air bursts. This expands our throughput capacity. In addition to our color sorter, we upgraded both dry line grading belts and made improvement to the water line as well.

Water-Line

Rambo Blueberries state of art water line is used for wholesaling of blueberries through cooperative relationship with Michigan Blueberry Grower Association (MBG). Rambo Blueberries process many tons of blueberries a day throughout the blueberry season. The use of a water line is a common method for cleaning blueberries for resale. Quality control is held through batch sampling, inspection by many private and governmental entries, to ensure regulatory requirements.

Dry-Line

Our dry line cleaned berries are used for fresh processing of blueberries. This ensure resale and direct sales of our fresh blueberries to our customers right from the grower. All orders are processed by the same equipment, whether it's five pounds or five thousand pounds. This assures that your blueberries will be in the best possible condition when you pickup your order.<Top>
